It took about 2 hours this evening - just following instructions. I did have to clear off some space on my hard drive because it was too full for the install. After I burned a couple DVD's of old stuff, the install went fine. Once completed, it also sensed that it needed about 4 more software upgrades, which took some more time. Overall, it performed very well considering it is a major system software upgrade and so far, no serious problems either! Way to go, Apple!
