The way I would apply Patrick's presentation is to look for ways that I could extend the content on my B2B website to my customers and prospective customers. This might include RSS feeds of my news releases or project portfolios. It could mean offering a company blog that people can easily subscribe to and comment on. It could mean having an article library where I am constantly posting new relevant material of interest to our customers. It might include a wiki of terms that might be unfamiliar to my customers. I might want to make a weekly audio or video file available for viewing and/or downloading for people who prefer to learn or get their news that way. These are some of my initial thoughts. Anybody else?

Randy and Benjamin,

Nightstand 1 seem to go over nicely, and I think it's a great idea to hold often. Patrick did a great job and gave me some really good things to think about as it relates to the re-do of HBN's website.

Patrick (and others)... if you're checking in on this blog I have a question for you.

Most of the sample sites you used to demonstrate the relevance of your 10 pts to making a web site sticky and viral were retail sites with products to sell. Can you switch gears and address the same 10 pts to Consulting firms which provide creative services, market knowledge, and expertise in a narrow market arena? You're basically familiar with HBN Design, so I hope this question makes sense to you... ie - how do the same 10 pts apply to business like mine, and can you point to some good sample sites to demonstrate your views? Thanks.

Great meeting guys. I was really enjoyed the format, the people, and the presentation by Patrick. It's already given me some great inspiration for improving the Breakthrough Website in 2008.

Let me know where I can get the Powerpoint and Chris Angel "thing".

God bless.
